Meet the Team

Zachary P. Gilreath

Family Consultant and Coach

My name is Zachary, but my friends and family call me Zach, and my work is shaped by years spent supporting youth and families through some of life’s most difficult seasons. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Cornerstone University, along with specialized training in Aggression Replacement Training, trauma-informed care, and youth behavioral support. I have also completed a rigorous life coaching program and mentorship focused on clarity, integrity, and professional skill.

My career has always centered on helping people find steadiness when life feels chaotic. Whether in detention centers, residential programs, or community settings, I have learned that meaningful change happens when someone feels seen, supported, and guided with honesty and care.

As a husband and father of three, I carry the values of clarity, humility, and grounded leadership into every part of my work. Whether I am meeting with adolescents, parents, or adults seeking direction, my goal is the same. I want to create a space where people can reflect, reset, and move forward with intention.

Stillwaters is my way of offering the kind of presence I wished existed when I first began this work. It is a steady place for people to grow, heal, and step into who they were created to be.
